This study presents a comprehensive overview of experience and perception of various telemedicine services: government run, startups and on a personal level from the perspective of patients and caregivers(doctors) both. Based on quantitative data, we track high adoption during peak of Covid & subsequent decline as cases fall. It brings forth problems faced by people & their expectations that need to be met to enable telemedicine adoption in the post Covid era. Our study presents hurdles faced by telemedicine systems going into the future.en_US
