We create and simulate an equivalent 1D structure of a 10um thin c-Silicon solar cell and find the optimum parameteric values as well as observe the underlying trends using SENTAURUS tools. We tried to simulate the POLO contact and arrive at an optimum height of the Tunnel oxide as well as other parameters related to POLO contact.en_US
