Abstract: The number of tasks that we need to do is increasing day by day. A lot of time is wasted in planning the day and scheduling meetings with the seniors and colleagues. We plan to develop an AI algorithm to increase user awareness while reducing the cognitive burden, mainly in the office environment. Literature shows that people are able to complete the tasks with and without interruptions, with the same accuracy but different levels of stress. Applications like Scope etc. help in managing the tasks and important announcements, but people find them hard to understand and aren’t able to use them effectively. In this work, we plan to create a device that can help efficiently in managing emails, scheduling tasks and meetings, and reducing loads of stakeholders. We will conduct a small face-to-face interview with the stakeholders to get a better insight into the problem if they are able to manage the tasks, and what problems they face using the existing technologies that they use in the workspace to ease the tasks. We also plan to study the pre and post loads of the stakeholders to get better insights.
