dc.description.abstractSatellite land use land change (LULC) data and district-level administrative data indicate an intensification of cropland usage (single to multi-crop transition) in India between 2005-06 to 2018-19. This study attmepts to compare the two data sets and utilizes administrative data at district level to model the impact of various factors on crop intensification and understand the decisions of the farmer driving the same.en_US
