dc.description.abstractIn the ever-changing world of bioinformatics, this study dives into finding the connections between our gut, metabolomic data, and heart diseases. Data was gathered from 20 different study cohort groups, and 14 clinical markers were checked using Permanova Analysis. Collected information from public datasets to get a broader view. Also, generation of Canonical Smiles was done.en_US
