Abstract

The Indian government introduced the National Digital Health Mission (NDHM) with the aim of enhancing healthcare accessibility through the digitization and streamlining of patient data. Our proposal involves the development of a personal health records platform aligned with NDHM standards, prioritizing user-centric features. This platform empowers patients to systematically store and access their health data. Additionally, we plan to offer valuable, monetizable services that cater to user needs. As a subsequent objective, the platform will furnish relevant information to medical professionals and insurance entities, with the intention of monetizing these offerings in the future
