| dc.description.abstract | Detection of DNA base modifications Epigenetic modifications of DNA bases play an important role so, it’s important to detect the modifications in DNA. Hence, our goal is to detect and discover modifications in DNA and find their effect on regulation of genes. DNA methylation can be of many types. Therefore, we are developing new and more effective methods for detecting DNA base modifications with the help of machine learning tools such as LSTM, CNN. Data used here is Oxford Nanopore data which is sequencing data to extract raw signals for each nucleotide base. Then use a deep-learning model. (LSTM, RNN, CNN). | en_US |
