| Abstract: | The project aims to develop the Chef Turing Test to assess a machine's capacity to emulate a human chef's culinary skills and knowledge. This test encompasses various criteria, including recipe creation, ingredient knowledge, adaptability, cooking techniques, culinary knowledge, taste profiling, communication style, and problem-solving abilities. The machine is evaluated by experienced judges alongside human chefs, with a focus on its ability to generate creative and realistic recipes, understand diverse ingredients, adapt to dietary preferences, demonstrate proficiency in cooking techniques, exhibit a broad knowledge of global cuisines, analyze and balance flavor profiles, communicate naturally and engagingly, and solve culinary challenges. |
