dc.description.abstractInterpersonal skills, or social skills, encompass individuals’ behaviors and abilities to engage and communicate successfully with others. These contain effective communication, attentive listening, understanding others, collaborative teamwork,conflict resolution, flexibility, problem-solving, confidence, amiability, and non-verbal interaction.Interpersonal skills are important for every individual to succeed professionally and personally. The absence of these skills among people will lead to crimes, conflicts,broken relationships, and poor nurturing of kids.This project is a continuation of work done in the previous semester. This semester,I build upon the previous semester’s problem statement, performed problem validation, and made the Proof of concept(POC).en_US
