<description>Exploring the tapestry of grief : a multimodal analysis of grief in social fabric
Mittal, Shefali; Prince, Deepak (Advisor)
The unavoidable aspects of loss and grief are explored in this study project, which acknowledges their significant influence on shared experiences within communities, societal dynamics, and mental health. The project intends to aid in the mending of society by investigating the far-reaching impacts of loss and grief. Urgent talks are required in light of the spike in mental health issues, which has caused a shift in perspective from seeing these issues as solely personal struggles to acknowledging larger cultural impacts. The research, which takes a social perspective on mourning, recognises grief as a societal fabric that weaves together personal stories and builds bonds. Through the use of a multimodal approach that incorporates auto-ethnography, critical cinema analysis, and structured interview, the study looks at various mourning landscapes that are impacted by cultural dynamics and socioeconomic considerations. It seeks to advance awareness of mental health issues through this perspective, promoting social healing and group comprehension.

<title>Helping people to acquire interpersonal skills</title>
<link>http://repository.iiitd.edu.in/xmlui/handle/123456789/1610</link>
<description>Helping people to acquire interpersonal skills
Rana, Abhit; Grover, Anuj (Advisor)
Interpersonal skills, or social skills, encompass individuals’ behaviors and abilities to engage and communicate successfully with others. These contain effective communication, attentive listening, understanding others, collaborative teamwork, conflict resolution, flexibility, problem-solving, confidence, amiability, and nonverbal interaction[1]. Interpersonal skills are important for every individual to succeed in their professional and personal lives. The absence of these skills among people will lead to crimes, conflicts, broken relationships, and poor nurturing of kids. So, in this project, I describe how I experienced a problem in my life, refining that problem to develop the problem statement and exploring possible solutions for the problem statement. The finalized idea is to help people acquire interpersonal skills through feedback on their conversations in chat or voice. After completing the idea, I researched its business aspects. Then, I moved on to planning how to build the project. Post the Initial planning, I initiated building MVP using Prompt Engineering.
