dc.description.abstract The oral microbiome is a complex ecosystem of bacteria, viruses, fungi, and other microorganisms that reside in the mouth. There has been growing interest in studying the oral microbiome in recent years, as it has been linked to various health conditions, including oral diseases, systemic diseases, and even cancer. This project will conduct the largest-ever meta-analysis of oral microbiome datasets to identify co-occurring modules of oral microbes and their links with human health. The meta-analysis will be conducted using various statistical methods, including clustering, network analysis, and machine learning. The findings of this project will provide new insights into the structure and function of the oral microbiome and will help identify potential biomarkers for oral diseases and other health conditions. The findings of this research project will have far-reaching implications for personalized medicines and strategies for disease prevention related to oral. en_US
