Personal health records app

Abstract

Health Interoperability has become a major concern in today’s period in which health records data is increasing rapidly. New healthcare hospitals and facilities are emerging increasing the need to create an interoperable platform where all the health records and data of a patient can be easily and safely stored and is accessible. To achieve these targets we are creating a PHR app (Personal health records app) for storing and managing all our health records and also provide facilities such as monitoring health vitals. We are also including NER(Named entity recognition) to analyze the health records and its insights. We are also including Health vitals using wearables integration. We are also including functionalities such as mood tracker, health locker. To store , manage and access the stored health we are integrating ABDM facilities using its APIs.
