Abstract:
This report details Barkedo’s progress in its mission to revolutionize the pet care industry through strategic initiatives in event management and product development. During this quar- ter, the focus has been refined to prioritize two key domains: Events and Products, with the inclusion of services deferred to a future roadmap. In the Events domain, Barkedo achieved notable success through campaigns such as ”Paint with Puppies” and high-impact collaborations, including ”Yoga with Puppies” and corporate engagements with EY. These events not only enhanced revenue streams and brand visibility but also reinforced the company’s advocacy for indie dog adoption. In the Products domain, Barkedo launched a customizable line of human apparel and acces- sories, establishing a strong market entry point. Furthermore, significant progress was made in the development of the Barkedo Tracker—an advanced activity and movement tracker for dogs. This innovative device incorporates cutting-edge sensors, including accelerometers, tempera- ture sensors, and heart rate monitors, complemented by enhancements to the Barkedo mobile application for real-time tracking and data analysis. Through its integrated approach of innovative product offerings and impactful initiatives, Barkedo remains committed to redefining pet care while advancing community welfare.
