| dc.description.abstract | This report introduces a personalized journaling framework designed to enhance emotional awareness and therapeutic interventions. The framework integrates pre-journal assessments using the Emotion Reactivity Scale (ERS) and the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20) to evaluate baseline emotional characteristics. Utilizing valence and arousal inputs, the system dynamically generates tailored journaling prompts and follow- up questions via a fine-tuned GPT API, creating an adaptive and interactive journaling experience. User responses are summarized into daily emotional snapshots, facilitating self-reflection and providing valuable insights for therapeutic use. This approach combines validated psychological measures with cutting-edge AI technologies to redefine journaling as a tool for mental health support. | en_US |
