dc.description.abstract Advancement in the field of metagenomic research have highlighted the role of microbiomes can play ecologically and clinically contexts. So, our proposed platform will provide metagenomic researchers with a friendly user interface for efficient exploration of microbial communities based on their functional signatures. The core functionality of the platform will revolve around a comprehensive database repository and web server part. Researchers can seamlessly navigate through both parts to choose a functional profile of interest with species names, or they have abundance matrix to leverage a precomputed nearest neighbors matrix and system generates locality sensitive hashing outputs to get nearest neighbors and enables efficient comparison and clustering of microbial communities. en_US
